Imagine waking up every morning feeling like you can take on the world. How great does that feel?

I am a Registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological society. I am also HCPC registered. I trained at the London Guildhall University and the  University of East London. I hold the following qualifications; BSc Psychology (with Honours), MSc Counselling Psychology and MSc Adv CPsychol. 

I embarked upon my career in Psychology in 2001 with the sole aim of helping people to understand their difficulties and to develop coping strategies whilst navigating through life’s challenges and most trying times.


Life can get difficult, and sometimes a little help from a professional therapist  can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.

My special interests  include domestic violence awareness, the prevention of coercive relationships and self esteem.  My research interest areas are Body Image disorders / Body Image Anxiety. I believe this to be especially relevant in todays 'body shaming' culture in the media.

Since qualifying in 2005 I have provided people in the London and Hertfordshire area with a wide range of psychological therapy and counselling services to suit their needs. I have 15 years experience in the NHS where I help inpatients and people in the community, I also supervise qualified therapists along with teaching Junior Doctors and Trainee Psychologists.
Whether you’re an individual, a couple or seeking life coaching to move you a step closer to your personal and professional goals - my sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, personal self development , professional growth and assist you in the healing process.

What is Life Coaching and how can it help me?

Life coaching aims to help you reach your personal or professional goals by guiding you in the right direction. Coaching helps you to see things from a different perspective and gives you the confidence to move forward in any area of life you choose.

What is Psychological talking therapy? and how can it help me?

Psychological therapy is also referred to as 'talking therapy'. Therapy is a shared confidential space that allows you to talk openly about your difficulties and learn how to take control of your life by responding to challenging life situations with healthy coping skills.

How long does each therapy / coaching session last?

Psychological therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
Coaching sessions last up to 60 minutes depending on individual needs.

What To Expect At Your Visit

I have two therapy practice sites. 

I have an office in North London and one in Central London. Both sites have easy transport links making your journey as hassle free as possible. 

Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support in a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioural transformation by encouraging a healthy outlook with the help of new attitudes and reactions.
